The main terrace leads onto a fenced, secluded 10 x 5 meter solar heated pool, with separate shower. The pool area has a large shaded abri and receives sunshine from early morning until early evening. Also on the main terrace there is an outside room containing a toilet, water softener and the main unit for the centralised house vacuum system.
In another corner of the garden is a newly built tennis court and to the side of the house is a large two car garage. Within the garage is a small workshop and separate wine store.
